At Method Race Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are removed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
